How NTec Works

  1. An authorized user places a toll-free call to the NTec Operator
  2. The NTec Operator collects critical information and verifies and validates Call List and Pass Code
  3. The message is recorded and then delivered to all designated contacts' phone numbers
  4. A report is automatically forwarded via email for your records

Multiple—Call Lists

The basis of NTec's system is referred to as a "Call List." A Call List is simply a list of phone numbers representing a designated group. The same phone number can appear on multiple lists. To ensure security and privacy, NTec does not require any additional identification information such as names or addresses. NTec also has the ability to send emails to your contacts at no additional cost. If email is elected all email information must be provided.

“Effective communication is critical in promoting the active involvement of others. NTec exceeds this challenge.”

Tee Faircloth, NTec
